މުހައްމަދު ނަޝީދުގެ ކެބިނެޓު ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހަށް ހުށައެޅުނު ހިނދު، ޑިފެންސް މިނިސްޓަރުކަން ހަވާލުކުރަން އެންމެ އެކަށޭނަ ފަރާތަކީ އަމީން ފައިސަލްތޯ މެމްބަރު ޝަހީދު ޒަކީ ސުވާލުކުރެއްވިއެވެ. ވަރަށް ބޮޑަށް އެކަމަށް އިއުތިރާޒުކުރައްވާ ނުރުހުން ފާޅުކުރެއްވިވެސް މެއެވެ. ސަބަބަކީ ދިވެހިންގެ އެތައް ފުރާނަތަކެއް ގެއްލުވާލި 3 ނިވެމްބަރު 1988 ގެ ހާދިސާ އާއި އަމީން ފައިސަލާ ގުޅިންހުރީތީވެއެވެ. އަމީން ފައިސަލް ސިފައިންގެއިން ވަކިކުރެވިފައިވަނީ މިހާދިސާއާ ގުޅިގެން ކަމަށް ހަބަރުލިބިފައިވެއެވެ. ދެން އަނެއްކާވެސް، އިއްޔެ އިވިގެން މިދިޔައީ ހަމަ މިމިހާދިސާއާ ގުޅުންހުރި އަބްދުއްﷲ ޝާހިދު ސްޓޭޓް މިނިސްޓަރުކަމަށް ހައްޔަންކުރެވުނު ވާހަކައެވެ.
މިދާގޮތަށް ދާނަމަ، ދެން ކަރޯ އައްބާސް ޑިފެންސް މިނިސްޓްރީގެ ނައިބުކަމަށް އައްޔަންކުރައްވައި، 3 ނިވެމްބަރު 1988 ގެ މެޑަލް އިއްޒަތްތެރި ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާގެ އަތްޕުޅުން ދެއްވައި، ސަގަރޭ އާއި ލުތުފީ އަކީ ގައުމީ ބަތަލުން ކަމުގައި ނަހަދާނެކަމުގެ ޔަގީންކަމެއް އެބައޮތް ބާވައެވެ؟ މާޒީއަށް ޖެހިލާއިރު، 3 ނިވެމްބަރު 1988 ހާދިސާގައި އަމަލީގޮތުން އިސްދައުރެއް އަދާކުރީ ސަގަރޭ އާއި ލުތުފީއެވެ. ނިވާފަތްގަނޑުގައި ތިބެގެން މަސައްކަތްކޮށްފައިވަނީ ބޮޑު ސިއްކަ އާއި އަބްދުއްﷲ ޝާހިދާއި އަމީން ފައިސަލާއި ކަރޯ އައްބާހެވެ. އަބްދުއްﷲ ޝާހިދާއި އަމީން ފައިސަލާއި ކަރޯ އައްބާހަކީ އޭރުގެ ސިފައިގެ ވެރިންގެ ތެރޭގައި ތިބެގެން ޓައިގަރުންނަށް ސިފައިގޭގެ އެތެރޭގެ ޗާޓުތައް ކުރަހައިދީ، ބަޑޭރިގޭ ނުވަތަ ސިފައިގެ މައިމަރުކަޒު ހިފާނެގޮތާމެދު ޓައިގަރުންނަށް ހިޔާލާއި މަޝްވަރާތައް ދީފައިވާ ފަރާތައް ކަމަށް ޝަރީއަތަށް ސާބިތުވެފައިވާ ބަޔެކެވެ.
3 ނިވެމްބަރު 1988 އާއި ގުޅުންހުރި ފަރާތްތަކަށް ސަރުކާރުގެ މަތީ މަގާމުތައް، ވަކިން ހާއްސަކޮށް ގައުމުގެ ސަލާމަތާބެހޭ ބާރުގެ ވަޒީރުކަން ދިނުމަކީ ހަމަ ގައިމުވެސް އެކަމާމެދު ފުލުހުންނާއި ސިފައިންނާ އެތަކެއް ރައްޔިތުން ނުރުހޭ ކަމަކާމެދު ޝައްކެތްނެތެވެ. ސަބަބަކީ އެމީހުންގެ ސަބަބުން ކުށެއްނެތް އެތަކެއް އާއިލާއެއް ނިކަމެތިވެ، އެތަކެއް ދަރިންނެއް ޔަތީމުވެފައިވުމުގެ އިތުރުން، އަނެއްކާވެސް މަދު ފައިސާކޮޅަކަށް ބޭރުބަޔަކަށް ގައުމު ވިއްކާނުލާނެކަމާމެދު އެއްވެސް ޔަގީންކަމެއްނެތީއެވެ. އެއް ފުޅައްމަތިން ފުއްމާލި ބަކަރި އަނެއް ފުޅައްމަތިން ފުއްމާލާނޭ ބުނާ ބީދައިންނެވެ. އޭއް ރައީސް ނަޝީދެވެ. ގައުމުގައި ވަފާތެރި، ހިދުމަތްތެރި ދިވެހި ދަރިން މަދުވީތޯއެވެ. މަނިކުފާނުގެ ނިންމުން އަބުރާގެންދަވާށެވެ. 3 ނިވެމްބަރު 1988 ގައި ހާލުގައި ޖެހުނު އާއިލާތައް ދިރި ދުނިޔޭގައި ތިބިއިރު އެބައިމީހުންނަށް ފުރައްސާރަ ނުކުރައްވާށެވެ.

The actual facts of November 3rd has never been revealed. There is more to it then what was released.
There is one person who held a high post in Maumoon's government at that time who was fully aware of the plan. In fact he was even aware that Indian troops will come to Maldives before the attack even took place. This person holds one of the highest positions in the current Government.
I have not named him for a reason, simply because I do not have 100% proof. Maumoon will be able to verufy this but is he still afraid of the Indians to reveal the truth ?
Whether by coincidence or not, quite a few purposes of the November 3rd attack has been fulfilled by our own people on November 11th.
Amin was planned to be the Defence Head, which he is, Shahid was to get a senior position which he has. Maumoon has been deposed of. The grand master is able to pull the strings which control the President.
In short, 20 years later we find that the planners of November 3rd coup have succesfully got what they wanted.

What we are up against is huge. To overthrow Maumoon, all the businessmen had their wallets open, and it will be open for the Parliamentary election. The problem is real partiots who love this nation don't have the finance.
DRP cannot put up a credible Opposition becuase the current leaders will not give way for the capable honest people within the party. These people will not have the finance to run on their own and most likely they will not run on a DRP ticket unless there is a leadership change.
So, we are left with this Government which was put up by the people with so much high hopes.
Do we have enough individuals who will not sell their souls once elected to Parliament? Can we get them elected without spending millions? The decision has to be made by the voters.

Guys, don't even think that MNDF will protest. We have one of the most disciplined forces in the area, and they have often been critisized for doinf their job. Pr.Nasheed is the Commander in Chief we the people gave them and they will not disobey or disrespect him. He is the boss that the people of Maldives have shown them, and it is the people who will have to protest for them. They do not have the luxury of protesting.
