މައުމޫނު ޖެއްސި ގޭމު އަންނި ވެސް ޖައްސަނީ؟!
ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހުން ނިންމަންޖެހޭ ބިލުތަކެއް ނުނިމި ހުއްޓާ މަޖިލީހުގެ މެމްބަރުން އަމިއްލައަށް (އަނެއްކާ ވެސް ތިމާމެންގެ މަސްއޫލިއްޔަތު ހަދާންނައްތާލައި) ޗުއްޓީއެއް ނަގައިފިއެވެ. މިހާރު އަމަލުކުރެވެމުންދާ ގާނޫނު އަސާސީ ބުނާގޮތުން މިހާރުގެ ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހުގެ މަސްއޫލިއްޔަތަކީ އިންތިގާލީ ބާބުގެ ކަންތައްތައް ހަމަޖައްސައި، ބޭނުންވާ ގާނޫނުތައް ފާސްކޮށް، ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހުގެ އިންތިހާބު ބޭއްވުމެވެ. ދެން މިކަމާ އާއްމުން ހިތްހަމަ ނުޖެހުމުން އެކަމުގެ ޒިންމާ އެއްބަޔަކު އަނެއްބަޔެއްގެ ބޮލުގައި އަޅުވަނީއެވެ. ޑީއާރުޕީއިން އެމްޑީޕީ އާއި ޖުމުހުރީ ޕާޓީގެ ބޮލުގައެވެ. އެމްޑީޕީއިން މަޖިލީހުގެ ރައީސް ޝިހާބުގެ ބޮލުގައެވެ. ޖުމުހުރީ ޕާޓީއިން މަޖިލީހުގެ ޖަލްސާއަށް ހާޒިރުނުވި ޑީއާރުޕީ މެމްބަރުންގެ ބޮލުގައެވެ. އަނެއްކާ ރައީސް ނަޝީދު ހާއްސަ ޖަލްސާއެއް ބާއްވައިދިނުމަށްއެދި މަޖިލީހުގެ ރައީސަށް ސިޓީފުޅެއް ފޮނުވި ވާހަކަ ކެނޑިނޭޅި މީޑިއާއިން ގޮވަނީއެވެ. ކޮންމެ ބަޔަކުވެސް އުޅޭގޮތުން ހީވަނީ ތިމަން މިކަމުގައި ކުރާނެ ކަމެއްނެތޭ، މިހެން މިވީ އެހެން މީހުންނާ ހުރެކަމަށްކަމަށެވެ.
ގާނޫނު އަސާސީ އަވަސްކޮށްދިނުމަށް އެދި އޭރުގެ ރައީސް މައުމޫނު ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހުގެ މެމްބަރުންނަށް އިލްތިމާސްކޮށް މީޑިޔާއަށް ހާމަކުރާއިރު އެމަނިކުފާނުގެ ޕާޓީގެ މެމްބަރުންނާއި އެމަނިކުފާނު ތަމްސީލުކުރާ މަޖިލީހުގެ މެމްބަރުންގެ އަމަލުތަކުގައި ހުރީ ގާނޫނު އަސާސީ ލަސްކުރުމުގެ ރޫހެވެ. އަދި އެމަނިކުފާނު ތަމްސީލުކުރާ މަޖިލީހުގެ މެމްބަރުންގެ އަމަލުތައް އެފަދަ ގޮތަކަށް ހުރިއިރު އެމީހުންނާމެދު އެއްވެސް ފިޔަވަޅެއް ނާޅުއްވައެވެ. ރައީސް ނަޝީދުވެސް ހަމަ އެފަދައެވެ. ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހުން ނިންމަންޖެހޭ ބިލުތަކެއް ނުނިމި ހުއްޓާ މަޖިލީހުގެ މެމްބަރުން ވޯޓުލީއިރު ރައީސް ނަޝީދުގެ މެމްބަރުން ރައީސް ނަޝީދުގެ ވިސްނުމާ ދެކޮޅަށް އަދި ގާނޫނު އަސާސީގެ ބާރު ކަނޑުވާލައި މެމްބަރުން ޗުއްޓީ ނެގުމަށް ވޯޓުދިންއިރުވެސް އެމެމްބަރުންނާމެދު މިހާތަނަށް ފިޔަވަޅެއް ނާޅުއްވައެވެ. ނުވީތާކަށް، އެމްޑީޕީގެ މަޖިލީހުގެ މެމްބަރުން އެހެއްދެވީ ރަނގަޅަކަށް ނޫނޭ، ތިމަން މަނިކުފާނު އެކަމާ ހިތާމަކުރަމޭވެސް ވިދާޅުވާކަށް ރައީސް ނަޝީދަކަށް ނުކެރުނެވެ.
މިހުރިހާ ކަމަކަށް ވުރެންވެސް ބޮޑީ ރިޔާސީ ނިޒާމުގެ ދެބާރު ނުއަތުބުރުޖަހާއިރު ދެން އޮތްބާރަށް ކަނޑެއް ފަޅެއް ނޭގޭތީއެވެ. މެމްބަރުން ޗުއްޓީނެގި މައްސަލަ ހައިކޯޓަށް ހުށައެޅުމުން އެކަން ކުރަންވާނީ މަދަނީކޯޓުންނޭ ބުނެ ބޭރުކޮށްލީއެވެ. ރާއްޖެފަދަ ކަންސިޓިޔުޝަނަލް ކޯޓު ނުވަތަ ދުސްތޫރީ ކޯޓު ނެތް ގައުމުތަކުގައި މިބާވަތުގެ މައްސަލަތަކަކީ ހައިކޯޓުންނާއި ސްޕުރީމު ކޯޓުން ނިންމާ މައްސަލަތަކެއްކަން އެފަޑިޔާރުންނަކަށް ނޭގުނެވެ. ހިތާމައިގެ ކޮޅެއްނެތެވެ. ހައިކޯޓަކީ މަދަނީ ކޯޓަށްވުރެ ވެސް ޝަރީއަތްކުރުމުގެ ނިޒާމު ދޯހަޅިކަމަށް މަޝްހޫރުތަނެކެވެ. ތަޖުރިބާއާއި ފެންވަރު ނެތްބަޔަކު އިސްފަޑިޔާރުންނަށް އިސްކުރުމުން ވާނެގޮތްމިވަނީއެވެ. މިކަމަށް ހައްލެއް އަންނާނީ ކޮންދުވަހުން ބާވައެވެ؟ އިހަކަށް ދުވަހުވެސް އިސް ފަޑިޔާރު މަގާމު ހަވާލުކުރި ފަޑިޔާރަކީ މާލެން ދިރިއުޅޭނެ ތަނެއްގެ ބޭނުމުގައި ފުރަތަމަ ޑިގުރީއެއް ހިފައިގެން މީގެ ހަތަރު ވަރަކަށް އަހަރު ކުރިން މަދަނީ ކޯޓަށްވަން އާރޯތާނާ ޒުވާނެކެވެ. އެހެން ގައުމުތަކުގައި މިފަދަ މަގާމަކަށް އާދެވެނީ ހާދަ މަސައްކަތެއްކޮށް، ހާދަ ތަޖުރިބާއެއް ލިބިގެންނެވެ.

true, one must have atleast masters and 15 years experience to be a judge at high court or supreme court in my opinion. i humbly advise the judicial commission to review and restructure the high court and supreme court

did the authors remove the himeyn ingilaabu site themselves or some one else? anybody has an answer? kuda sappe's do and ndo suck! they have nothing critical of the wrong doings of the anni's regime. we need opposing views and criticisms for the good of our nation.
